'Like' Print Release

SHOK-1 is pleased to announce the release of a new limited edition print entitled ‘Like’ on Wednesday September 10th 2025.

The artwork imagines an X-ray of the classic emoji and marks the beginning of a new series of editions based on these immensely popular icons.

Two colourways are available : Vibrant, a colourful option, and Bone for those who prefer something more restrained.

It is estimated that over 10 billion emojis are sent every single day. Several billion of those are this thumbs up symbol, generally used to express approval or positivity. It is truly an important image of our times.

The print is based on one of his classic murals, originally painted during Art Week in Miami using his unique spraypaint techniques. It could be read in many ways. For example as a simple message of positivity as above, or as an examination of the obsession society has with online popularity.

These editions are created to the artist's usual exacting standards, using top quality archival inks on the best available printmaking paper. A varnish is included to protect and enhance your artwork. Each print is individually signed and numbered by SHOK-1 and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The dimensions are the exact same format as Consumer and Consumed if you wish to hang them together. The Bone version also colour matches with previous Bone releases.
